The meeting convened at 10:18 am on September 13th with a moment of silence.
Approval of August Minutes
The minutes for the business meetings of August were distributed and were approved at the September 13 meeting.
Carlin Breinig will send an email to Glenn Boylan to post minutes on the website and will copy Curt Thompson on the email.
Treasury Update:
Edward Guerra confirmed that there is $1002 in the interest-bearing account and $988 in the checking.
Cash flow is fine for normal business expenses, any special expenses – chairs, etc may not be possible at this time.
We may need to think about an increase in the suggested donation amount, currently $15.
Religious Education Update:
Jan Westbury reported that Glenn Boylan will lead his last session on October 4th, 2026.
There are open dates for the remainder of the year for anyone who feels inclined to lead a discussion, show a video or invite a speaker: 9/20, 10/18, 11/1, 11/15, 12/6 and 12/20

Movie Night and Social Activities:
Discussion of movie night beginning again October 10th.
New Business:
Glenn Boylan has requested that he step away from website work and email monitoring. There was discussion as to how to replace Glenn’s tasks.
Edward Guerra will monitor emails from the website and post minutes.
Mark Eatough will be able to help out and Liz Pupillo will be able to work with Mark.
There will be further discussion on this, this meeting was light on members due to traveling and other commitments.
The next business meeting is scheduled for October 11th.
